Miss Conroe/Woodlands Cinderella Pageant

Miss Conroe/Woodlands Cinderella Pageant is an official preliminary pageant to the Miss Texas Cinderella Pageant, which will be in June 2001. Sabrina LaVoie, Miss Southeast Texas 2001, and Leslie Bramlett, Miss Teen Southeast Texas 2001, served as judges for the event. The director for the Miss Conroe/Woodlands Cinderella Pageant is Paula Gowins.

The Miss Southeast Texas Scholarship Pageant would like to dedicate this page to Jennifer Carwile. Here is a little information about Jennifer Carwile.

Jennifer Carwile

Jennifer was 15 Years, 9 Months and 29 days old when she passed away. She has been a blessing to her family and friends. She is a sweet and beautiful child that filled everyones lives with joy. She was active in the youth groups at three churches: First Assembly of God in Humble, Lindale Assembly of God and Bethany Fellowship. She participated in praise and worship teams, mission trips, church plays and was an Honor Star in the Missionettes program. She was also very active in school programs. Jennie was heading to New York over the summer to participate in a Nursing Seminar. She was one of only two teens accepted from her High School to participate in this summer program.

Jennie was a Sophomore at Humble High School where she maintained a 4.23 G.P.A.

Jennifer was crowned Miss Teen Cinderella Conroe/Woodlands Beauty on February 11, 2001 and was looking forward to going to the Cinderella State Pageant being held in June, 2001.

Jennifer was a model for JOICO in Sept. 2000. (Joico manufactures hair products)

On March 13, 2001, while skiing in California, Jennifer suffered a fatal collision with a tree; death was instantaneous. Jennifer is now in Heaven in the presence of God. She is happy and does not want to return to her earthly life. Her family thanks God for His mercy and grace and the opportunity to know and love Jennifer. Goodbye sweet child, we love you and miss you.
